Our power rack cage not only can be performed on the mainframe including squat, bench press, pull up, dip station, etc. It is also equipped with an upper and lower pulley system for lat pulls down, bicep curl, tricep extensions, cable crossover, seated rowing and kick back. Come with the landmine equipment and T bar to support you in landmine exercises, allowing for a wide range of exercises in a limited space.

This power cage features heavy-duty steel frame with special "U" shape design, which makes it very strong and reliable. The four uprights contain fixing patches at the bottom to support you in fixing the power cage to the floor with screws to ensure keep the rack in place so that it won't move during intense workouts. Fixed-weight storage columns not only help you say goodbye to clutter, but also further enhance overall stability.

The adjustable dip bar/J hook/safety bar allows you to choose your own desired height. The 4 band pegs on the bottom are designed to support your battle ropes training. When you train with the pulley system, you can increase or decrease the weights according to suit your needs and plan. The double-size detachable landmine fits both 1'' and 2'' barbells.
