The rack features durable spotter arms that are adjustable to accommodate your height and enable a variety of strength movements, such as back squats and deadlifts. It's a three-in-one workout machine, allowing you to use it for weightlifting, resistance band workouts, and a 3-level height-adjustable pull-up bar.

Highly adjustable with 13 different height settings, this rack can adapt to your body type. Simply slide and set the J-Hooks or any attachment to your preference. Increase your power and strength by implementing resistance bands during your weightlifting routine, as the rack comes with built-in resistance band anchors.
